When you submit a Revenue Leak Brief request, we collect the information you choose to provide so we can review the request and respond.

What we collect

• Business URL
• Work email
• Business type
• The optional description you provide
• The page from which the request was submitted
• Any later email communication with us

Why we use it

We use this information to take steps you request before a potential business engagement, to review the business journey you asked us to look at, to respond by email, and for our legitimate interest in managing relevant business enquiries and keeping appropriate records.

Services used

The website form is submitted through FormSubmit and delivered to our Google Workspace inbox. Those providers may process the information as part of delivering the form and email services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and business communication records only for as long as reasonably needed for the request, follow-up, legal or accounting obligations, and normal business record-keeping. We delete or minimise information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about the request.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the information you submit to make guaranteed revenue or ROI claims.
