We've been selling online since 2015, on Amazon and eBay, where we ran multiple stores as a top-rated, seven-figure seller and built, trained and led teams of more than fifty. Most of what we know about retention, support and post-purchase, we learned by living inside those numbers ourselves — not from a playbook.
